People-Focused Chief of Staff.
About
I'm a Chief of Staff who's happiest surrounded by people who are deeply good at something I'm not. Give me a room like that, and I'll find my way to useful fast: asking questions, mapping how the pieces fit, and figuring out what's actually in the way.
I spent eleven years in LA's apparel industry before deciding to pursue work that felt more meaningful and aligned with my values. That search eventually led me to tech and the Bay Area, and into executive partnership and organizational leadership. The leap taught me something I've built my career around since: curiosity, a good ear, and the willingness to ask the obvious question are their own kind of expertise.
I care about the human side of the org chart. How a decision lands matters alongside whether it's right; whether people feel respected through change matters alongside whether they're informed of it. Strategy and systems matter, but so does how people experience them. That's the lens I bring, especially when things get complicated or the stakes go up.
Outside of work: San Rafael, my husband Andrew, our dog Broccoli and cat Tucker, a garden I'm always neglecting or obsessing over, and a weekly meditation group I've led for a couple of years.
What matters most to me in what's next: work that feels genuinely impactful, not just busy. People who inspire me to be better just by being around them. Leading in a way I can stand behind, even when it's hard.

How I Work
Executive Partnership
Serving as a trusted thought partner who helps leaders sort through complexity, pressure-test ideas, anticipate what’s ahead, and turn priorities into action.
Strategy → Execution
Building the connective tissue between ambitious goals and what actually happens—priorities, ownership, operating rhythms, accountability, and follow-through.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Seeing across functions, bringing the right people into the room, surfacing dependencies and tensions, and creating alignment without relying on formal authority.
Organizational Clarity
Recognizing where systems, communication, ownership, or decision-making are breaking down and creating enough structure to help teams move forward.
Transformation & Change
Providing steady, thoughtful leadership when circumstances are changing quickly, the stakes are high, and the path forward isn't obvious.
Executive & Board Communications
Distilling complicated information into clear narratives that help executives, Boards, teams, and stakeholders understand what matters and what happens next.
